Prior to your arrival to this private island villa, our BVI residential estates villa director caters to every whim and desire so the villa can be "customized" to your needs before you arrive.

Additionally, for the Crow's Nest, Falcon's Nest and Raven's Nest luxury Villas, the designated BVI Villa staff, which includes an 18-hour-a-day attendant, a valet, chef, housekeeper, groundsman, and a 24-hour private chauffeured vehicle on standby, delivers service with the highest level of detail.

Hawk's Nest Villa, our introductory Caribbean residential estates Villa offering, is conveniently located amongst the main Resort facilities, utilizes Resort guest transportation and all meals are taken at the Resort Restaurants. While Hawk's Nest guests enjoy the full services of our BVI residential estates Villa Director, any additional request for staffing is provided at a surcharge.

Peter Island also boasts its own heliport to provide discreet and trouble-free arrivals and departures. To oversee the reservations, amenities and concierge services for the Villas, Peter Island has hired a full-time Villa Director.
