“Our Peter Island experience took place 9 years ago and still remains vividly in our minds and dear in our hearts. It was our first visit to Peter Island. From the moment we arrived, we both immediately knew this was a special place, like none we had ever been to, nor would ever go to. We have countless moments from that trip, but one stands out. It was a beautiful day in late May and we took a trip to White Bay for the day. The scenery there, as on all of Peter Island, was breathtaking. The mesmerizing deep blue water with the mountains in the background made for an unforgettable setting. The most special part was that we were completely alone for 4 hours! Not a soul was in sight. We had the whole bay to ourselves. One particular moment I remember was running down the beach alongside the beautiful, tranquil bay. This gave such a free feeling, such a feeling of peace and seclusion. It was truly a magical moment I will never, ever forget. We enjoyed snorkeling and a delicious gourmet picnic. You just can't get anymore romantic than our day at White Bay! The food, service, scenery, accommodations at Peter Island are impeccable. The staff is so friendly, making you feel as if you are family. Since our trip, we have visited several other 5 star resorts on many other Caribbean Islands. None compare to Peter Island's perfect balance of nature and luxury. We hope we are blessed with a return visit soon!”
