DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit of three night’s accommodation, plus 7% tax and 11% hotel service charge is due at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid by personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.)
2007 HOLIDAY DEPOSIT POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of three night’s accommodation, plus 7% tax and 11% hotel service charge is due at the time of booking. Final full prepayment (including all taxes and service charges) is due by October 1, 2007. Cancellation is required by October 15, 2007 in order to receive refund of balance only (original 3-night deposit remains non-refundable.) No credits or partial refunds will be issued if reservations are cancelled after October 15, 2007.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For two or more rooms, 60 days notice is required. In the event of an Act of God and other force majeure, we would waive the cancellation fees by holding the deposit in escrow for a future visit up to one year from the original travel date. If the guest does not visit Peter Island Resort within one year after the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will not be refunded if arrival is delayed or cancelled due to delayed, cancelled or missed flights or other transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. Please note: these requirements differ during the Holiday Season.

Rates quoted above are per night and include our FAP Plan (breakfast, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and dinner.) All villas are reserved in their entirety. The 3-bedroom Villa includes Resort FAP for up to 6 people per night. The 4-bedroom Villa includes customized FAP for up to 8 people per night. The 6-bedroom Villa includes customized FAP Plan for up to 12 people per night. Our 4-bedroom and 6-bedroom Villas also include a private porter/chef, chauffeured vehicle, swimming pool and dining room. All rates are subject to a 18% tax and service charge, and minimum length of stay requirements.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A 50% deposit (to include room and the 18% tax & service charges) will be required at the time of booking. Final full payment will be due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Full payment due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund for any reservation cancelled or changed at least 60 days prior to arrival. 50% of full deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled or changed between 45 and 59 days of arrival. No refunds for reservations that are cancelled or changed inside 45 days of arrival.
