Note: All reservations are guaranteed and will be responsible for 50% of booking if the vessel does not arrive or cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival date.

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING RESORT POLICIES:

• All visiting yachts please sign in at the dock master or reception.

• Please refer to our day visitor guide and respect our guests privacy

• The library and pool areas are for registered hotel guests only. The use of these facilities are not included in the dock/mooring rates

• Water, electricity, diesel and gas are available at an additional charge.

• Little Dead Mans Beach is reserved for visiting yachts and day visitors – Dead Man’s Beach is reserved for registered hotel guests only.

• Please check with the reception for restaurant times and reservations

• Please respect the dress code in the Tradewinds dining area after 6:00pm every evening

• No open fires or BBQ’s are allowed on the stationary docks

• No loud music is allowed after 9pm on the docks

• Check out time is 12:00pm – check in time is 2:00pm – dock masters hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Check in or out times after regular hours must be requested in advance
